A place to discuss any and all things Virtual Reality. Think about VR from the movieReady Player One,or the one seen in Rick & Morty. You put on a VR headset that somehow connects with your brain (like Elon Musk’s Neuralink) and throws you into a whole different world beyond imagination, in which you can feel, realistically interact with, and move with freedom. This is essentially what “Full Dive” virtual reality would look like. Obviously, this technology isn’t anywhere close to being ready, but just how far away is it? Is something like this possible in our life time?
