Gaming laptop for VR?

**The Oculus subreddit, a place for Oculus fans to discuss VR.** Hi everyone, wanted to check if anyone is using a gaming laptop for VR games with ok results? I have the Quest 2, plan to upgrade to the 3 and play games via airlink if possible. I’m mostly interested in flight and racing simulators. I don’t really have the space for a tower pc setup, so a gaming laptop would be ideal, but I never really did PC gaming, so I have no idea what would be the minimum specs to have a decent experience, say at 1080 p resolution. For instance, I am looking at an Msi Katana GF66 12UE, which has an Intel Core i5-12500H, 16 GB of RAM, and an RTX3060 graphics card. Would something like this be sufficient or do I have to aim higher? Also, a lot of budget gaming laptops have AMD ryzen processors and graphic cards, are those ok to run the quest?
